Buying a Solana meme token usually means installing a wallet, backing up a seed phrase, opening an exchange account, and figuring out what “slippage” means. With 401jk.app, none of that is required. Here's the full flow.
1. Sign in (30 seconds)
Hit Get Started and sign in with email, phone, or a passkey. A Solana wallet is created for you automatically in the background. There's no seed phrase to write down. Your account is recoverable through the same login method you used to sign up.
2. Add funds with a card or bank
On the home screen, tap + Add. A card or bank funding flow opens (powered by Privy). Pick an amount in dollars, enter your payment method, and the equivalent in SOL lands in your wallet within a couple of minutes.
- Starting small (say $10 to $50) is a nice way to get a feel for the flow.
- Card funding is instant. Bank transfers can take a few minutes.
3. Tap Buy
From the home screen, tap the gold Buy 401jk button. A drawer slides up with three quick-pick tiles (401, 4.01K, 40.1K tokens) and a custom dollar input. Pick a tile or type any amount, and we'll show you exactly how many tokens you'll get plus the platform fee in dollars before you confirm.
- The platform fee is 2.55% per trade.
- The price you see comes from a live Jupiter quote.
- Confirm, wait a couple of seconds, and you're done.
4. (Optional) Set up auto-invest
Under the Earn tab, then More, then Auto-invest, you can schedule a recurring buy: a fixed dollar amount weekly, biweekly, or monthly. We send you a push notification when it's time, and you confirm with one tap. Nothing gets charged in the background without your say-so.
5. Sell whenever
On the home screen, tap Sell next to your balance. Same idea in reverse: enter the amount in tokens, see the dollar equivalent, confirm.
What about “gas” or network fees?
Solana network fees are tiny (fractions of a cent) and we handle them behind the scenes. Just keep a couple of dollars of unspent balance around to cover the next purchase's overhead. If you're short, we'll tell you in plain English.
What if I want to take my tokens elsewhere?
You can. Your wallet is a real Solana wallet. Export it through your account settings (managed by Privy) and import it into Phantom, Backpack, or any Solana-compatible wallet.
