Terms of Service
Last updated April 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of 401jk.app (the “Service”). By signing in or using any part of the Service, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use it.
What 401jk is
401jk.app is a wallet front-end that lets you buy, sell, and dollar-cost-average into the 401jk token on the Solana blockchain. Trades are routed through Jupiter; on-ramp and off-ramp are handled by third-party partners (Privy for fiat funding, MoonPay and Coinbase for cash-out). Your wallet is created and managed by Privy (a Stripe company).
Not investment advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. 401jk is a community meme token with no intrinsic value. Crypto prices are volatile and you can lose every dollar you put in. Only buy what you can afford to lose.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You may not use 401jk.app if you are:
- Located in, or a resident of, an OFAC-sanctioned jurisdiction (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia). We block access by IP at the edge.
- On a US, UK, EU, or UN sanctions list.
- Using the Service to launder funds, evade sanctions, or commit fraud.
Your wallet, your keys
Your wallet is non-custodial. The private key sits in Privy's secure infrastructure and we never see it. You can export it any time from Settings and import it into Phantom, Solflare, or any other Solana wallet. Once you have your key off-platform, we can't recover it for you if you lose it.
Fees
We charge a 2.55% platform fee on each trade, taken automatically through Jupiter at swap time. Network fees on Solana (typically < $0.01) and cash-out partner fees (typically 1-3% on MoonPay or Coinbase) are not ours and we don't see them.
Trades are final
Once a swap is signed and broadcast to Solana, it cannot be reversed by us, by you, or by anyone. Slippage, network congestion, and price movement during routing can cause you to receive less than the quote shown. We display estimates in good faith but the on-chain outcome is the source of truth.
Service availability
We try to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee uptime. We may pause trading, change features, or shut down without notice. Solana itself can halt or fork; that's outside our control.
No warranty, limited liability
The Service is provided “as is” with no warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is capped at the platform fees you've paid us in the prior twelve months.
Tax
You're responsible for your own taxes. We provide informational year-end statementsfor the US, UK, Germany, and several other jurisdictions, but those reports aren't a substitute for a qualified tax professional.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes get posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
